What if something goes wrong?

At Iron Space Designs, we aim to prevent any issues or defects in our renovations by following industry standard practices, carefully inspecting materials, and closely supervising all aspects of the project. However, there may still be rare instances where problems arise after completion. According to our research, the vast majority of defects in the renovation industry are identified within 90 days. In other words, if there is an underlying defect, it will become evident fairly quickly, most within a week or so, the vast majority within 90. To ensure our clients have peace of mind and a long-lasting product, we offer a full one-year warranty on our workmanship. If any issues are caused by faulty workmanship, we are committed to fixing them. Additionally, we will work with our clients to pursue any applicable warranties from material manufacturers.

Iron Space Designs Warranty Policy

Iron Space Designs (ISD) is committed to ensuring the quality of its workmanship. As such, we will rectify any defects resulting from faulty workmanship at our own expense for a period of one year from the date of completion or final payment of the renovation. If any defects are discovered, the owner must provide written notice to Iron Space Designs within a reasonable time frame and within the warranty period.

Materials used in the renovation will be covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. ISD will provide the owner with any warranties offered by manufacturers or suppliers for the materials, products, or systems purchased by ISD and installed in the renovation by ISD.

Please note that ISD does not provide a warranty for labor or materials that are supplied by the owner or the owner's subcontractors.
